UNMB Top Producer Sales Rally: "Get Ready to Roar"

Yesterday's offsite sales rally was one for the books! The energy was sky-high as our team gathered for a day of inspiration, motivation, and growth.

The day kicked off with a powerful message from our CEO/President, Don Giorgio, on goals and a focused mindset, setting the tone for the incredible line-up of presentations ahead. Our top producers, Mark Fisher and Vincent Chin, shared their expertise on Non-QM loans, shedding light on some fantastic opportunities in this space.

Dr. Ben Carson, our featured guest speaker, left the room absolutely inspired! Dr. Carson's journey from humble beginnings to world-renowned neurosurgeon and former Secretary of Housing and Urban Development was packed with humor, wisdom, and invaluable life lessons. His message? Greatness is within all of us–and homeownership is a key to unlocking that potential. He reminded us that home affordability is essential for lifting people out of poverty and building generational wealth. 🙌🏻🏡

The day wrapped up with our Chief Sales Officer, Mike Gannon, rallying the team with the perfect closing message.
