Our lobbies are open from 9 AM - 3 PM on weekdays, while our tellers can assist you in the drive-thru during the week and on Saturdays as well.

Please note that our Sundown location is operating the drive-thru only at this time. In-person office appointments can be made in advance, or, alternatively, customers can visit our Levelland branch during regular lobby hours.

Sundown State Bank has received reports today from several of our branches of scammers calling customers and impersonating Sundown State Bank.

As a reminder, Sundown State bank will NEVER call or text you unexpectedly asking for your personal information, like your account number, passwords, or other sensitive information. If you receive a call or text requesting any of the above details, it’s likely a scam and you should hang up immediately, delete the message, and contact your local branch directly through a known, verified number. NEVER click any links that you were not expecting.

Remember...
- We will never contact you unexpectedly asking for account information
- To verify the call source, hang up and dial a trusted number for the bank, found on a bank statement or our website, sundownsb.com
- Be wary of urgency tactics that require immediate action
- Never share details over the phone, including your full account number, PIN, or password
- Don’t click links from an unknown or unexpected source

If you receive a suspicious call or text, hang up immediately, contact your bank directly with a verified phone number, and report the incident to your local branch.
