Congrats to these amazing buyers on their new home in SoMD!!

When Taylor first reached out, I knew she was a smart cookie getting her plans in order in advance for buying and interviewing multiple mortgage and realtor pros to make sure she found the best team for her. Then we spent an hour on the phone and I knew she was someone I immediately was going to be friends with, whether I did her mortgage or not haha!

Then I quickly got to work getting the COE that other lenders had trouble obtaining (it makes a difference when you use a loan officer that is highly experienced in VA loans!) and got them pre-approved so they could start home searching with the amazing Heather Nelson Foster. In this quickly moving and low inventory market, she found them the perfect gem to meet their needs and negotiated an amazing deal! We went through a smooth close with Maryland Trust Title & Escrow, LLC and now they’re proud MD homeowners! Welcome to this little piece of paradise and can’t wait til you’re both here full time!! Time to start all the decorating!! 🦀
