Our policies are a promise and we don’t take that lightly. State Farm’s renowned Catastrophe Loss team has arrived in the area deploying adjusters to serve our customers at this time…

🚨A few things to note🚨

✏️If you have already filed your claim, you don’t need to do anything else at this time. You will receive a call to schedule your estimate. This estimate can be completed at the drive-through location or virtually. Once your estimate is complete, you will take it to the repair facility of your choosing.

✏️If you have hail damage to your home, an adjuster will call to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. In the meantime, if you haven’t contacted a trusted contractor, please do so at your earliest convenience to help expedite your claim.

✏️If you have not done so yet, please download the State Farm app. This is the easiest way to communicate with claims and avoid long hold times.

🤝This is a widespread event resulting in several claims in our area but we are here to work as hard and quickly as possible to serve each and everyone of our policyholders. We are here if you need anything!

The State Farm Drive Safe & Save app has two new updates:

1. Accident Assistance: Free to DSS enrollees, just update your app to the latest version and opt in!

2. Redesigned dashboard allows you to see your score for EACH driving behavior instead of an overall score.

The roads are icy this morning, making road conditions more challenging than usual! If you must get out, PLEASE drive cautiously and follow these tips:

1️⃣ Slow down
2️⃣ Increase following distance
3️⃣ Brake gently
4️⃣ Allow extra time to reach your destination

In case of an accident, prioritize safety, exchange info, and document all details.
