PSA on Mortgage Loan Originator Vs. Servicer...

Myself and LeaderOne are your originator. We are your trusted advisor and always looking out for your best interest in terms of rates, monthly payments, and finances related to your home.

Your servicer is the person who collects your money each month. Yes, there is a chance we have to transfer or "sell" your mortgage to a servicer. It's not feasible for us to originate and service every loan. We would love too but unfortunately, it doesn't work that way.

When rates drop your servicer might call you, but there's a good chance they don't because they want to keep making money off your higher interest rate. We will 100% call you because we want to save You money.

Servicing makes money by managing the collection of your money. Originating makes money by saving you money. Give me a shout anytime if you'd like to see if we can save you some money 🙂
