If you need to turn in a claim please do so by calling 866-268-6879. While waiting to be contacted by your adjuster, there are several steps you can take to protect your property from further damage and begin assessing your damage.
· Protect and clean up your property by boarding up broken windows, removing tree limbs from covered structures, covering holes, or making other necessary temporary repairs. You should not begin any permanent repairs until you’ve talked to your adjuster.
· Save all receipts for expenses you incur as a result of your property damage for possible reimbursement.
· Begin making an inventory of your damaged property including as much detail about each item as possible such as: age, date of purchase, purchase price, and model number. Please do not discard any damaged items until the inspection is complete.
· Take photos of your damaged property, before any temporary repairs are made.
