We are back online and everything has been posted, and debit cards are working again.

Online banking will be back up soon as well.

We thank everyone for their patience during this time and we apologize for this inconvenience.

First of all, we would like to thank our members for their patience and understanding while our core processor continues to repair the hardware malfunction. The latest update given states that we should be up by today.

Any member that needs to pay bills should use their routing and account numbers or a check. It will not work via debit card until we are up. If this has caused anyone to be charged late fees during this time, please bring us a print out and we will certainly reimburse those fees.

Also, you may come into the credit union to get cash.
We are here until 5 PM. You may contact 724-208-9569 outside of business hours for further information.

OUTAGE UPDATE

We just received an update from our core processor. They are making steady progress and informed us that they would like to have all the credit unions affected up and running within the next 24 hours.

We thank our membership for their continued patience.

UPDATE: We wanted to share with you the most recent update we’ve received from our core processor.

They do not have a confirmed restoration time as of yet. It is important to know that this is not a data breach issue or a security incident, but rather a service availability issue. This was a hardware issue with our core processor.

We understand that this has caused a major inconvenience for our members, and we do apologize. We thank you for your patience.

Our Core Processor is currently experiencing a mass outage; this means our system here at the office is down, the mobile app is unavailable, along with debit cards also being down.
We are in contact with our core processor and will update everyone as updates become available to us.
