We’re proud to celebrate Nancy Perkins for being named a FINALIST for Best Loan Officer in Jefferson County in a voting contest held by Leader Publications. 🎉

Over the past 5+ years, Nancy has received countless compliments from members she has helped with mortgage loans and home equity loans/lines of credit.

Members consistently describe Nancy as friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the lending process. Reviewers have praised her excellent communication, quick follow-up, and ability to answer questions clearly and thoroughly.

Many members highlighted how she made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth, painless, and even enjoyable, while providing exceptional service from start to finish.

Others shared how much they appreciated her professionalism, personal care, and dedication to making every experience a positive one.

Nancy has been employed with Century for almost 25 years, starting as a teller in August 1987. She went on to become a receptionist/member service representative, then a loan officer, and then a loan supervisor in 1998. In 2002, she was promoted to Arnold branch manager. She left the credit union in April 2007 and returned as a mortgage officer in February 2021.

If you ever move, regardless of where in the U.S., you don’t need to give up your Century Credit Union membership. You can still access your account(s) and money at branches operated by more than 1,600 other credit unions in the same network as us.

When you’re across town and simply can’t get to one of our branches, use a shared branch. You can also use them while on vacation, traveling on business, going away to college, or in emergency situations.

John Grillo, a former board director at Century Credit Union, passed away peacefully this past Saturday.

While we are saddened by his passing, his many years of volunteer service and dedication to Century will not be forgotten. We were honored to celebrate his 100th birthday last November and remain grateful for the lasting impact he made on our credit union and its members.
