I can’t say enough about how our VA HOME LOAN saved us for renting. We just didn’t make enough as a teacher and a respiratory therapist in order to qualify without a zero down loan. We could’ve saved—or tried to save—for the next 15 years and never been successful. It’s humbling when you realize how much the sacrifice of time benefited us in the long run.

We will always be grateful to our lawmakers and government for providing an opportunity for veterans to purchase homes. It was worth all the blood sweat and tears of the four years that Anthonie served in the Navy.

ironically, I was not in support of Anthony serving in the military at first. In fact, it took me three years to come around to the idea. During that time we weren’t in a relationship. And when I decided to reach out to him again after that long separation, one of the first things that I apologize for was not being supportive of him and his goals. Luckily, he was still in the service and I was able to join him for his last 18 months. We met so many wonderful people. We got to live in Oak Harbor, Washington. And it gave us an opportunity to travel abroad when he served in Japan for six months.

Seeing firsthand the sacrifice that military members make over and over again for their country gave me such respect for anyone who’s ever served, is currently serving, and will serve. God bless America.

Swipe for some real sass 💁🏼‍♀️

The ladies next to me at the Provo Freedom parade were like, “We love a girl who takes up space!” If that doesn’t describe us, I don’t know what does! Lol
These lucky girls also got to ride the carnival rides too! 🎢 No pics - left phone in car. 🙃

We enjoyed some delicious afterwards! Best experience we’ve had there in a long time! The food was quick and delicious! And the girls had a blast at those cute heart shaped tables!

We also got to visit Anthonie at the hospital for a minute as well. Later its 🌮 and 🎆 with the neighborhood!

Family, friends, and neighbors, I need your help! This year the Utah Legislature passed a bill (HB 267) which prohibits public employees, e.g. educators, police, firefighters, etc., from collective bargaining with their public employer despite major opposition against it from the public. This has been a drastic overreach of the government.

Public workers and citizens across Utah have filed a referendum which will put this bill on the 2026 ballot to be voted on by the public. We need your help to sign the referendum and give power back to the people of Utah.

Please take some time BEFORE April 14 to sign the referendum. You can go to the following location below:

My Utah state mortgage license has now been updated to a FEDERAL mortgage license, which now means that I can service loans in many of the 50 US states! Right now we have access to do loans in Colorado, Idaho, Oregon, California, and Arizona. We are adding Texas and Florida soon. Other states may follow. So if you are moving areas to any of these states in America, I can now help you process your loan.

To the man who has been by my side through it all. From a rocky mental-health journey, to supporting me in my many business ventures, to birthing and parenting our children. There is so much to honor and to celebrate.

Anthonie, I love the man you have become. And all the ways you show your love to me, to us. I wouldn’t still be standing if you did not lift me up every time I fall. To watch you do the same for our children is everything to me.

To all the men out there who want to be dads, but aren’t yet… I see you. To those who’ve lost their fathers, I see you. To those with Daddy issues, believe me, you are in good company! 🤣

Father’s Day has been tough for me in the past and now I feel so blessed to be seeing a new generation of fathers that is amazing in all their efforts and love.
