IMPORTANT ERIE INSURANCE UPDATE:
We want to make you aware of a significant system outage currently affecting Erie Insurance. For the past several days, Erie has experienced a network disruption that is impacting their ability—and ours—to access policy information, process changes, and perform many routine service functions including but not limited to the processing of payments.
While some of you may have already seen this in the news, we felt it important to reach out directly. As your insurance advisor and advocate, please know that we are closely monitoring the situation and remain in contact with Erie to get updates as they become available.
