As you’re probably aware, there have been significant changes in the insurance market in the last couple of years, both at the state level and right here at the Peter McCumber Insurance Agency. You might know that we were a Farmers Insurance agency until Farmers left the state. At one point we were the 6th largest Farmers Insurance agency based on annual sales in the entire country. That only happened because of great people like you. The good news is that while we were captive with Farmers (meaning that we could only write business through about 3 companies approved of by Farmers) we are now an independent agency with more than 50 carriers to write business through. In the past, we would present you with an offer. If it wasn’t a good offer, there were no other options, and you went somewhere else. Today, with more than 50 carriers, we have several choices. We write for companies like Progressive, Geico, Travelers, Tower Hill, Security First, Loggerhead, and literally dozens more.
Some of our clients remember our aggressive referral program which we are putting back in place. Our referral program was spectacular for both you and us. It works like this: For every person that you refer to us for homeowner’s insurance, you get a $25 Publix Gift card. And there’s no cap! If you refer 8 people to us, we’ll send you 8 $25 Publix Gift Cards. Just make sure that when someone calls us for a quote, they give us your name so that you get credit. We tally the referrals at the end of the month and send you a letter thanking you for your support, with all your Gift Cards included in the envelope. We hope it’s a heavy envelope. 😊 We’re not exaggerating when we say that we’ve had clients that didn’t pay for their own groceries for years.
Finally, we’ve moved our location to a much nicer, bigger and easier-to-access building. It’s on the same side of the road as the old building, just a mile or two down and across from U-Haul and Olive Garden. Look for the big Great Florida Insurance sign. As always, we like bundling products when we can, but rest assured we can get all your insurance needs under one roof with one agent dedicated to answering all your questions quickly, efficiently and accurately whenever you are in need. No need to call an 800 Number and spend hours explaining your issue. Just call your dedicated representative that you count on for all your insurance needs.
