This can serve as both a motivational and a cautionary tale.

Just because someone has pretty colors and fonts..or a course with a catchy name..or 50k followers..doesn’t mean they have any experience or knowledge on the “advice” they give. Even if they are an expert..doesn’t mean they have the same goals and values as you. You have to be in charge of filtering through all the bu****it to find that good good content and human.

On the flip side, if you’re making moves and afraid to share..jump in and give it a try. It’s always more rewarding to choose brave over perfect and who knows who you might inspire.

YOU GUYS..I don’t even care if you tell the other cashflow kids..The Mahomes Home is my FAVORITE. So much so that I couldn’t even wait to share some of the progress pics. 🤩 I can’t even highlight one thing I love because every design and detail on this one is stunning.

Danny Torres ALWAYS does great work but this one right here..he has seriously blown it out of the water. Did I mention he’s handling my “I’m in the neighborhood so going to stop by” EVERY few hours very well..even though he knows I’m about to add something new or make a change every time. lmao Im waiting for him to change the locks on me. 😂😂😂

I can’t wait for families coming to visit Kansas City to get to enjoy this house while making memories..no seriously I can’t wait. Are we done yet 😍

THIS WAS THE HOUSE..my 4th rental property that just had the first tenant move out had me reminiscing. This was the house when I realized that real estate was my passion. This was the house that made me start thinking even bigger and dreaming so wildly about my future. This was the house that set my entrepreneurial fire inside ablaze. This was the house that helped me find a community here on Instagram that I never even knew I needed. It was when .kier and I started working together on the early phases of and when and were hosting the TTMM that helped introduce me to so many new amazing people. I started elevating my circle and it was a hard growth phase leaving some folks behind but I gained so many new people..people that will be in my life forever. This was the house that made me realize I can do everything, but that doesn’t mean I should do everything. So I started building a team and outsourcing. This was the house that helped me rebound from a failed BRRRR attempt on house 3 and helped build my confidence back up as a successful investor who has also failed at times. This was the house..the last one I did on the weekends while working full time. DON’T forget where you came from and all the progress and growth you have achieved in the past year.

Taking a break from flipping other houses to give my own some love. Love how our cabinets look with fresh white paint and new handles. 😍 Shoutout to .torres.71619533 and his guys for doing great work and getting this one done in between our other house projects. Next up..master bathroom full remodel. 🙌🏼
