We’re showing you our new house flip project! We walk through the hardwood floors throughout the home and discuss our renovation plans. We’re opening up the kitchen area strategically to create an open feel without reconfiguring everything. We’ll also be opening up walls to create a rec room feel downstairs, adding a private laundry area, and we have two bedrooms down there as well. We’re excited about the private patio and all the potential this beautiful home has. We’re calling in a dumpster and cleanup crew to get started on the project.
