One of the most difficult moments as a parent is watching your teenager pull out of the driveway for the first time...alone.

You spend years teaching them to look both ways, buckle up, slow down, pay attention, and keep both hands on the wheel. Then suddenly, they have a license, keys, and no parent sitting beside them.

You smile, wave, and tell them to be careful. Then you stand in the driveway thinking, "Why did we think this was a good idea?" and immediately check their location.

As scary as that first solo drive can be, it's also a pretty incredible milestone. And while we can’t ride along forever, we can make sure they’re protected when they hit the road.

If your teen is getting their license, it’s a good time to review your auto insurance, coverage limits, and what adding a young driver means for your policy.

Because sometimes the hardest part of parenting is letting go of the keys.

These gentle giants require significant resources, and every donation helps improve their quality of life while waiting to meet their forever families.
