Most people do not. They apply the rules for one to the other and find out after the contract is written.

Parkville Days is this weekend, August 21 to 23, and it is one of the best family weekends the Northland puts on all year.

Three days in historic downtown Parkville with the Evans Midland Empire Carnival opening Friday at 6, a parade on Saturday, live music along the Missouri River and on Main Street, arts and crafts, food vendors, and end of summer specials at the downtown shops. You can even take a helicopter ride over the river from Platte Landing Park.

Bring lawn chairs. Bring the kids. It is fifteen minutes from downtown Kansas City and it feels like a completely different world.
