Well boys and girls we may have pulled off a miracle at the ninth hour. Starting to feel like I may actually not keel off at the old thanks to the amazing village of people that have help me get back on track with this rickety old body. Shout out to the peeeps that got me on the road to healing from. followed up by the amazing Jesse and Eileen from that pushed me through the healing process and got my wheels glued back on the best they could. Then on to my amazing supplementation provided by and clusters that has become my go to simple sugar for these ridiculous double digit long runs. And seriously could not have cranked out these miles without the amazing new technology from with these freaky deaky Endorphine Elite 2’s that just never stop the energy return no matter how hard my big ol’ b***y slams them down. Let’s go let’s go baby!! 🏃‍♂️🔥🔥🔥🔥

Er maghurd!! 1st mid week double digit run in I can’t even remember how long. Trust the process. I should know that by now but being patient and letting the body adapt to the stressors just never gets easier. Watch out Beantown here we come. This run fueled by I wouldn’t think of training without it. 🐝💪🔥🔥🔥. Pretty fun to get my bib after the run as well. 🦄

Oh the many faces of the marathon. From the joy of the party pack starting out to the almost done struggle bus and onto the victory of the finish and adrenaline dump hoping to crawl back to the hotel. 🤣😭😻
