January and February have been jam-packed with food shows! We kicked things off in January with our annual three-day Synergy Roadshows, making stops in Blue Springs, Waynesville, and wrapping up in St. Louis. From there, we spent time with our friends in Illinois at their commodity food show, followed by the Heart of America (HOA) Food Show in Kansas City and the St. Louis Area School Food and Nutrition Directors Association (SFNDA) show.

In between, we also took part in student taste tests and a dedicated food show for our St. Louis Chartwells customers. It’s been a busy two months—but being busy is a good thing in this business. We loved seeing so many of our great clients and customers along the way.

Summer 2025 has been an intensely busy time. Synergy Food Sales has covered thousands of miles, traveling to Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Illinois, and Texas to engage with our loyal customers. As the new school year is set to commence, we are excited to embark on this academic year.

We attended the School Nutrition Association's Annual National Conference, where we encountered a multitude of innovative solutions from our manufacturing partners. In the months ahead, we will conduct market visits to showcase these new items.

Synergy Food Sales is pleased to share an update on our recent activities. We've been actively engaged in the winter food show season, hosting three Synergy Road Shows across Missouri and attending the Heart of America KC area directors show and SFNDA food show. Our IA - AEA shows will mark the end of the winter/spring season. As we transition into bid season, which will run from March to June, we appreciate the chance to reconnect with our customers and manufacturer reps. Your partnership is essential to our success.

October and November saw Synergy Food Sales exhibit at multiple food shows, specifically the Nebraska Commodity Food Show, Kohl Wholesale Fall Food Show, IL-SNA Annual Food Show, and MO-SNA Annual Food Show. These shows provided a platform to introduce new manufacturer products and network with customers and representatives.

The MO-SNA Food Show in Branson, MO, concluded with a Synergy Food Sales and manufacturer co-hosted dance party, featuring Twisted Fate and a surprise celebrity appearances by T-Rav and Tay-Tay! Synergy Food Sales also appreciates the collective efforts leading to the events' success.

Synergy Food Sales has been busy to start off the new school year! We can’t believe how fast this year has flown by already… We kicked off our fall fun with a trip to Quincy, IL for the Kohl
Wholesale K-12 Food Show, the Nebraska Commodity Food Show followed, and have had numerous market visits by several manufacturers with some great customers! J.T.M. Food Group and Synergy also traveled to the Wichita School District and presented and ideation where we created several menu concepts for them to try. It’s been a busy month, but a fun one! Synergy Food Sales has been busy this summer expanding! We decided it was time to spread our wings and branch out in to a new territory. Since then, we have spent time in Illinois, Iowa and Nebraska learning these new markets and meeting new customers. We attended the LaSalle Co-op Food Show, Iowa SNA and the Nebraska SNA conference food shows where we showcased our lines. To wrap up the month of traveling, we took part in a Kohl Wholesale broker training meeting held in Quincy, IL. All were good experiences and we look forward to growing our business and serving our customers in all 5 markets!
