January and February have been jam-packed with food shows! We kicked things off in January with our annual three-day Synergy Roadshows, making stops in Blue Springs, Waynesville, and wrapping up in St. Louis. From there, we spent time with our friends in Illinois at their commodity food show, followed by the Heart of America (HOA) Food Show in Kansas City and the St. Louis Area School Food and Nutrition Directors Association (SFNDA) show.
In between, we also took part in student taste tests and a dedicated food show for our St. Louis Chartwells customers. It’s been a busy two months—but being busy is a good thing in this business. We loved seeing so many of our great clients and customers along the way.
