Through our partnership with GO CAPS Lake Region, we've had the privilege of welcoming Aiden to Heritage Bank of the Ozarks! Throughout his time with us, Aiden has spent time in each department, gaining firsthand experience and learning how the different parts of community banking work together to serve our Neighbors.

For his final week, Aiden has had the opportunity to sit down with some of our bank's leaders and executives, asking questions, hearing their stories, and gaining insight into the experiences and decisions that shaped their careers.

We're grateful for our relationship with GO CAPS and the opportunity it gives us to invest in the next generation of professionals. Just as our Neighbors invest their trust in us, we believe in investing our time and knowledge in those who will help shape the future of our communities.

After all, being Neighbors Serving Neighbors means sharing more than what we know today. It means helping prepare those who will lead tomorrow.

Sometimes, the opportunity you've been dreaming of is just down the road!

For Ed and Tricia Jackson, that opportunity came when a dream farm just three minutes from their own became available. They knew it was a chance they didn't want to miss, and they did everything they could to make it happen!

Last night was all about conversation, connection and community. We were proud to partner with the Missouri Bankers Association to host a Legislative Meet & Greet at Heritage Bank of the Ozarks.

Fraud investigators in training! 🔎

We had a great time at today’s Lebanon Technology & Career Center Jamboree, where students took on our Fraud Investigators Challenge.

Students worked through an escape room-style challenge to spot the fraud, solve the clues and learn how banks help protect customers from scammers.

It was a fun way to introduce students to another side of banking while sharing fraud prevention skills they can use themselves.
