Help me celebrate resilience, perseverance and above all, fatherly love. This one gives me goosebumps. This single dad withstood all obstacles to obtain a better financial and better living conditions for his children and himself. Weathers you did it, “the kids now each have their own rooms.” I am so grateful to have played a part. Did I mention, this home was purchased through the Orleans Parish Soft Second Program…this means Mr. Weathers closed with ZERO Down Payment…Nothing, Nada, Zilch.
