Each year, Indiana Farmers Insurance hosts its Charitable Giving Project, where partnering agencies nominate local nonprofits for the opportunity to receive a charitable contribution.

We’re excited to share that our submission for the new From the Farm to a Healthy Me exhibit at the Children's Discovery Museum, Normal, IL was selected as a winner, resulting in a $1,000 donation from Indiana Farmers!

Last week, our Agent, David Fulton, and his daughter, Daisy, attended a Donor Preview of the Children's Discovery Museum,'s new exhibit, From the Farm to a Healthy Me! 🌽

David and Compass Insurance are proud sponsors of this hands-on exhibit, which brings modern farming to life and follows the journey from the field to the food and products we use every day.

Safe to say Daisy was a fan... big thumbs up all around!👍🏻

Last Friday, team members from a few of our Compass offices, along with their families, got together for a night at the Bloomington Bison game.🏒 Even better, we got to see Jake from our Fairbury office in action as the emcee during the game!

With severe weather in the forecast, now is a good time to stay alert and prepared. Keep an eye on local updates and take a few minutes to secure anything around your home or property. Most importantly, make sure you and your family have a plan when storms move in. Stay safe!

This multiple hatching is new to SPC outlooks this year. It helps indicate more specific intensity risk.

The level 2 hatching from this morning’s outlook indicates that EF-3 tornadoes may be possible later today.

Overall, the messaging for later today does not change. Severe storms, some possibly significant, will be possible near and south of a warm front this evening and early tonight.

Tornadoes, some strong, and large hail up to the size of eggs or tennis balls will be possible in the strongest storms.
