We are excited about the changes at Van Holland Insurance! So many new transformations happening all at once! We will be closed on Wednesday, June 15th, as our new flooring is being installed at that time! Thursday morning we will be open & able to assist everyone! Stop in and see our progress!

Medicare preventive visit & yearly wellness exams.

Many of you are aware you receive a "Welcome to Medicare" preventive visit within the first 12 months you have Medicare Part B.

Did you also know you are covered for a Yearly "Wellness" visit if you have had Medicare Part B for longer than 12 months? This visit is covered only once every 12 months.

Your provider will ask you to fill out a questionnaire,called a "Health Risk Assessment" as part of this visit. Van Holland Insurance does have the "Health Risk Assessment" form available for you.
