National Utah Day is a great excuse to highlight a state that’s growing fast, evolving constantly, and honestly just has a lot going on in the best way.

From the natural beauty of places like Zion National Park and Arches National Park, there’s this mix of innovation and landscapes that never really gets old.

And the mountain towns bring their own vibe. Can you say epic mountain resorts, with year-round activity and communities that just keep building and growing.

What stands out most is the momentum. New energy, expanding communities, and a state that keeps pulling in people, ideas, and opportunity.

It’s 529 day! Get it? 5-29🎓🎓🎓

A 529 plan is a way to save for future education expenses with some helpful tax advantages. It can be used for college and, depending on the plan, other qualified education costs as well. The real advantage is time and consistency. Even small, steady contributions have the potential to grow when they’re given enough time.

If you already have children, are planning for them, or just want to stay ahead of future education costs, it is something worth getting familiar with early. Eighteen years goes fast!

It’s officially moving season… and whew, it’s a lot.

Boxes everywhere, things you forgot you owned, and that one drawer you swore you’d organize last year. It’s stressful, exhausting, and let’s be honest, not exactly a good time.
But on the flip side, it’s also kind of exciting. A new home, a new city, maybe even a whole new chapter.

If you find yourself moving this summer, try to keep an open mind. The chaos is temporary. The fresh start is the good part.

And don’t forget, if you need to update your address or make changes to your investments, I’ve got you.
