This month’s employee spotlight is Jamie Vaughan, a Loan Assistant at our Elgin location. Jamie is celebrating 17 years with Liberty National Bank this month. 🎉
She started at our Med Park branch as a teller, transferred to Elgin, became the teller supervisor a few months later, she’s even been a back-up Customer Service Representative. “This was originally a semester off from college job…but I never went back!” Jamie explained.
After considering a return to college to pursue a career in nursing or something medical, an opportunity opened up in the loan department. Jamie applied for the Loan Assistant position and now she’s held that position for the last 12 years!
When asked what her favorite part of working for LNB is, Jamie said the friendships and relationships she’s built. Over the years, she’s met amazing people who have become like family, and especially enjoys the relationships she’s developed with customers.
Outside of work, Jamie loves spending time with family and friends. She helps in her church’s nursery on Wednesdays, loves going to the farmers markets, going to antique and vintage stores, reading, Trader Joe’s trips, and spending time with her fur baby, Winston.
Please help congratulate Jamie on 17 wonderful years here at Liberty National Bank! 👏
