Billingsley Insurance is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Specialist to join our team. Located within the Billingsley dealerships, you’ll work directly with customers during the car-buying process, helping them find the right coverage from multiple insurance carriers—without having to spend your day hunting for leads.

With training, mentorship, and support along the way, this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, has a passion for sales, and wants to grow with a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate Property & Casualty insurance quotes in a high-traffic dealership setting
• Build relationships with customers and help them find the right coverage and value
• Follow up with leads and sales opportunities using our agency CRM
• Partner with the dealership sales team to create a seamless customer experience
• Identify opportunities to sell multiple lines of insurance
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
• Maintain accurate customer and policy documentation
• Stay current on required licensing, carrier products, and underwriting guidelines
