I’ve gotten fired up about this because there is so much crap out there so I felt the need to speak on it.

1. I honestly don’t know how erasing 10k-20k of debt in anyones life is a bad thing..

2. I do believe we need to make college more affordable. College is way too expensive for what it is.

3. If you have ever been denied a home loan because of student loans holler at me! is a great program and can get you into the lowest payment possible.

About a month ago I met .

We had the idea of brining financial literacy to high schools in our local community! But specifically financial literacy about real estate!

We want to plant the seed with high schools students, the benefits of owning a home vs renting. How credit debt to income, can affect you in the home buying process.

Really something I wish I had been taught in school to some extent!

If you know anyone in any of our local schools systems (JCPS, Oldham County, Bullitt County, New Albany, Jeffersonville, ) that can help us accomplish this goal we would appreciate it!

What’s up Everyone! Normally I HATE making post about me personally but wanted to share an update with you guys.

I was laid off last week, which means I am currently unemployed. Long story short our company was bought out and I was not offered a position unfortunately.

I still have a passion for helping people in this community and mortgages in general. So if any of you have contacts and know of any lenders hiring please let me know! I want to find the best fit so I can continue to help people in Louisville and surrounding areas!
