ERCU is proud to congratulate Cord Perry, Member Services/Business Representative, on his induction into the Lawrenceburg Rotary Club.

Cord has been a valued member of the Employee Resources Credit Union team since July 2019. Throughout his time with ERCU, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to serving members, building relationships, and representing the credit union with professionalism and integrity. His induction into the Lawrenceburg Rotary Club reflects that same dedication to service and involvement within the community.

Employee Resources Credit Union believes that serving the community extends beyond the walls of the credit union. Employee Resources Credit Union extends its deepest condolences to the family, friends, and loved ones of Rhonda Bradfield Sanders, former Chief Executive Officer of LMPCO Credit Union.

Rhonda devoted 25 years of service to LMPCO and to the Lexington Branch of Employee Resources Credit Union. Through her leadership, dedication, and commitment to the members she served, Rhonda played an instrumental role in growing LMPCO’s membership and helping build the strong foundation that continues to serve the Lexington community today.

“Rhonda was a strong and dedicated leader who was deeply respected by so many throughout Lexington and surrounding communities, as well as throughout the credit union industry,” said Brittany Mitchell, President and CEO of Employee Resources Credit Union. “Her years of service and commitment to LMPCO left a lasting impact on the credit union and the members it serves. Employee Resources Credit Union is grateful for the foundation she helped build, and her contributions will remain an important part of our history. We are who we are today, in part, because of Rhonda’s leadership and dedication.”

Rhonda’s legacy of service will continue through the many lives she touched and through the credit union she helped strengthen over the course of her career.

The Board of Directors, management, and staff of Employee Resources Credit Union extend their heartfelt sympathy to Rhonda’s family and friends during this time of loss. We are grateful for her many years of service and will honor and remember the lasting contribution she made to LMPCO, Employee Resources Credit Union, and the community she served.

It has come to our attention that some of our members have received suspicious phone calls that appear on caller ID as coming from an Employee Resources Credit Union phone number. The scammers on this call claim to be members of our fraud department and proceed to ask for confidential card information

These calls are NOT authentic calls from ERCU!

This method of fraud is called “spoofing” and allows scammers to make their calls look like they are originating from our genuine phone number. This is a common tactic used by fraudsters nationwide and is not the result of any data breach or compromise at ERCU.

If you receive an unexpected call that appears to be from us and the caller pressures you for personal or account information, hang up immediately and call us back directly using the official number (931) 766-9288 or one of our branch numbers found on our website: www.ercu.org/about-us-branches-and-atms/ . As a reminder, please note that ERCU does not employee any overseas call centers. Our contact center is located in Lawrenceburg, TN, where most of our representatives sport a genuine southern accent.

The safety of your accounts and information is our top priority. We are working with our technology partners to address this spoofing activity.
