✨ 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐈 𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐧’𝐭 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭. ✨

The Brooke Thomas event was powerful, but hearing 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐚 𝐓𝐨𝐝𝐝 speak touched my heart on a whole different level. Every time I hear her speak it lights a fire in me that I never knew I had!!!

Her unwavering relationship with the Lord, her obedience, her courage, and the way God clearly speaks through her is the exact reason I first said yes to the masterclass that changed everything for me. That one simple decision opened doors I never knew were possible.

She reminded me that 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥… 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞. That hit me deeply. We all have purpose inside of us, but growth requires surrender, obedience, and taking action even when it feels uncomfortable.

One of my biggest takeaways this weekend was realizing how important your circle is. I am making the decision to remove greedy, toxic, mean-spirited energy from my life and only make room for women who uplift, encourage, celebrate, and genuinely want to see each other win.

Being surrounded by powerful, faith-filled, successful women who cheer each other on felt like healing for my heart.

I’m leaving here with more clarity, more peace, stronger faith, and bigger vision than ever before. God is doing a new thing in me, and I’m done shrinking, doubting, and staying small.

Sometimes one event… one room… one decision… can shift your whole life. ✨🙏🏼

Somewhere along the way, wanting more became selfish. At least that’s what many women were told.

The goals of freedom, financial independence, and full ownership of your life got pushed to the back burner. Your time and energy went to everyone and everything except you.

📉 Is the Billings / Laurel Market Crashing?
I’ve been getting this question a LOT lately — so here’s the truth…

➡️ No, the market is NOT crashing.
➡️ Yes, the market IS cooling and stabilizing.

Here’s what we’re actually seeing in our area:

🏠 Home prices in Billings are down around 8–10% year over year
🏡 Laurel is seeing around a 13% dip
📈 Inventory is rising
⏳ Homes are sitting longer
💵 We’re seeing more price cuts — especially on the higher-end properties and acreage homes

This isn’t a collapse.
This is a normal correction after the insane seller’s market of the last few years.

Higher-end properties (bigger square footage, acreage, premium builds) naturally take longer to sell and are more sensitive to market shifts because the buyer pool is smaller — that’s totally normal.

What does this mean for YOU?
✨ Buyers have more negotiating power
✨ Sellers need to price strategically
✨ Investors should be watching closely — opportunity is coming

This is the time to get educated, run the numbers, and stay smart — not panic. The Billings/Laurel area is still strong, still growing, and still full of potential.
