Every client gets contacted if their policy is in danger of cancelling for non-payment or any other reason. We also contact every client annually to conduct an On Your Side Insurance Review and if in the event they have a claim. Each new policyholder is also contacted 2 week after they purchase to make sure they received there policies and are still satisfied with their decision to employ us as their local professional agents.
