Today, the Albany New York Life General Office held our mid-year planning meeting. We celebrated the victories of the first six months of 2026 and discussed our goals for the remaining six months.

One of the biggest takeaways from today was the incredible strength of our office culture. We shared laughter, jokes, and meaningful conversations while laying out our visions for our office, our team, and ourselves.

When choosing a career, finding a place with a great culture is just as important as finding work you enjoy. The people you surround yourself with can have a tremendous impact on your growth, your success, and your overall experience.
