Being quick means you already have your lender letter, you know your actual number, and you've seen enough homes to recognize a good one — so when the right one shows up you can act the same day.

Rushing is making that same call with none of it in place because you're scared of missing out. Most of the regret I see comes from the second one. ✨

Manny was deployed overseas — nearly a nine-hour time difference — while we found his first home here in Las Vegas.

Calls were tough where he was stationed, so we ran most of the process over email, and I made sure every message got a fast answer. As a Marine myself, I know military timelines don't wait for anyone's convenience, and your agent shouldn't make you wait either.
