February numbers show a massive sales spike in the housing market. Here is what I want you to take from the article link below:

1. Rates dipped into the low to md 6’s briefly in late December and early January.
2. Immediately, home sales spiked, and we saw the results in February closed deals.
3. What does that tell you????? When rates stay in the 6’s and eventually the 5’s, there will be an EXPLOSION in our industry.
4. Anyone saying they want to wait till things get better, send them this article below.
5. IF YOU WAIT TO BUY A HOME, YOU WILL BE IN A BIDDING WAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
6. Get the house now and refi later.
7. If you don’t have a lot of money, this is your LAST CHANCE TO BUY A HOME FOR MANY YEARS TO COME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
