-Median SFR home price $447,435
-69.8% of homes selling within 30 days!
-Condo prices have gone up 8% of the last year to median price of $287,000 - that's the highest it's ever been.

National Association of REALTORs housing market update:

Highest Increase of Home Prices
1 Arizona
2 Utah
3 Idaho
4 Florida
5 Tennessee
6 Nevada

-Nevada has had a 7.3% increase in income, but a 53.8% increase in
housing prices.
-Renters with an income below $50,000 currently have no path to
home ownership.
-In Nevada 63.1% of households cannot afford the median priced
home.
-In Nevada 17.9% of renter households are behind on rent.
