I had the opportunity to meet Joey Aviles, this year's keynote speaker, and hear his inspiring message about leadership, authenticity, and the power of embracing who you are.

As Hispanic advisors, we have a unique opportunity to serve our communities through education, guidance, and meaningful relationships. Joey's message was a powerful reminder that our stories, backgrounds, and experiences are not obstacles. They are part of what makes us effective leaders and advocates for those we serve.

These photos are a reminder of why I'm so grateful to be part of the Buy Woman community.

One of my favorite things about this event wasn't the networking. It was watching women genuinely show up for one another. Conversations turned into connections, ideas were shared freely, resources were exchanged, and new relationships began to form.

In a world that often tells us to compete, it's refreshing to be surrounded by women who choose collaboration, encouragement, and support.

That's what Buy Woman is all about.

When we intentionally buy from, refer, collaborate with, and amplify women-owned businesses, we create opportunities that extend far beyond a single event.

I had the pleasure of participating in the Roland Somerville 5th Annual Golf Tournament during NAREB's National Convention here in Las Vegas. It was great meeting so many amazing people, sharing stories, exchanging ideas, and enjoying a beautiful day on the course.

I'm grateful for the relationships built and the conversations had throughout the event. Looking forward to seeing the continued impact NAREB is making in communities across the country.
