Today is the 1 year work anniversary to the lifeblood of our agency.

Clem and Lhaine joined our team in June of 2025. They came from a background in customer support from large Fortune 500 companies and were impressive amongst their peers

Despite having no industry experience they learned quickly, adapted to changes and requests, took direction well, and today I can tell you with complete certainty we would not be where we are without them.

Most homeowners aren’t aware that to protect themselves from lawsuits when having friends and family over to swim they should treat their pool just like a commercial pool

They need to have posted rule signs indicating to swim at their own risk as well as no diving and running. They should also have water depth markers clearly marked for all swimmers to be able to see

We all hope nothing ever happens at our pool or with our friends but when injury and financial loss happen people go into survival mode and I have seen 25+ year old friends sue each other over a pool injury
