I just returned from our regional conference, and one question from the keynote speaker really resonated with me:

What's the most impactful conversation you've ever had?

Mine happened during a career crossroads.

I was weighing whether to leave a fast-track corporate role for a lower-paying opportunity in Las Vegas. When I sought advice from my father, he shared a lesson from his own life:

"My only regrets are the things I didn't do, not the things I did."

That perspective helped me embrace uncertainty and take a chance. It was one of the most important decisions I've ever made.

Sometimes a single conversation can change the trajectory of our lives.

Excited to be spending the next 3 days with colleagues & leaders at our Super Regional conference in Palm Springs.

It's good to disconnect from the day to day of the office and step back to hear new ideas & focus on the bigger picture of how I can best serve my clients. I always come back energized.

And the view from my balcony with this morning's coffee, was spectacular.
