Real estate agents receive all the credit when a new listing looks terrific. But here is a kernel of truth from inside our business: much of the important work is done by people whose names you may never see.
As I share more of these beautiful photographs from our newest EastLake listing, I want to recognize three very important parties who made my job considerably easier.
First—and most importantly—our home-sellers.
They spent two weeks diligently and thoughtfully preparing their home for sale. Their hard work, diligence, attention to detail, pride of ownership (and willingness to take suggestions😄😄), provided us with a wonderful home to bring to the market.
Second, Pamela Mulholland of Syncly TC, our Transaction Coordinator, prepared and organized the listing paperwork and introduced me to the master photographer responsible for these exceptional photographs.
Finally, Hektorius Cota of 3Dmybiz, who spent hours with me at the Chula Vista home on a warm and humid afternoon, capturing both daytime and twilight photographs. His talent, skill, and eye for detail beautifully showcased the home’s many wonderful features—particularly that spectacular backyard.
They did much of the work, and I am the agent who gets to stand in front of the finished product and receive the credit! As long as it sells quickly of course!🤗
My sincere thanks to all three of them for making our job easier and helping ensure that CalNev Realty’s listings always stand out and look their very best.
We are grateful they’re part of our team.

We were tasked with getting this San Diego home rented and new Tenants in place by September 1.
The property owner's instructions were simple: Get The Job Done.
Sure, there were a couple of twists and turns along the way, but
