Full disclosure - one of the selfish reasons why we enjoy what we do so much is the feelings of accomplishment after you fight for a result.
..And let me tell you, we work like ANIMALS to give our clients an impressionable experience, from start to finish.

Well, this was a win that was noteworthy, because you typically don't get favorable results from underwriters when there's a lot of behind the scenes movement and 2 plus month delays (no disrespectintended.) These wins are very infrequent, but they do happen...and all you gotta do is shoot your shot, because the worst thing that could happen is someone tells you "no".

This particular client of ours was a tough cookie that took many touches, but a respectable and wise person in their late 60's who is getting her house in order for her posterity, so she can enjoy peace of mind in her retirement years. (I mean, those years should be enjoyed worry-free, not spent in uncertainty, right?)

She was probably one of the healthiest prospects on paper, so we went with a definite improvement from a policy that she had since 2002!

Long story short, there was an easy solution to a very small problem, that frustratingly drug out for far too long and we had to go to bat for our client. (And truth be told, we do this for every single case that we submit, because we care about the quality of service we provide.)

This got up to the very top and today we got a swift & favorable decision, and we all won in the process.
