I literally teach people this s**t… then went and did the exact opposite. 🤦‍♂️😂

Two leads came in over the weekend while I was with my family.

Normally, I take the application WITH them over the phone.

This time I thought, “I’ll just send them the online application and let them fill it out.”

Guess how that worked out?

BOTH ghosted me. 👻👻

Could they still come back? Absolutely.

But it reminded me why I built my process the way I did.

When somebody raises their hand and gives you an opportunity to earn their business, don’t add another step for them to take.

Make it EASY.

Lesson relearned. 😂

THE REALTOR GAUNTLET 😂🏡

This time I put Sydney Andalio from the Andalio Group through it.

But jokes aside… Sydney is a BADASS real estate agent.

And I don’t say that just because he’s my friend. The dude has closed 50+ homes and over $23 MILLION in real estate, and more importantly, his clients absolutely love him.

5-star reviews. Buyers talking about him spending HOURS showing them homes. Helping people relocate to Vegas from out of state. Negotiating for his clients. Actually answering his phone and being there when they need him.

That’s the stuff I care about.

There are a lot of people with a real estate license in Las Vegas.

There aren’t nearly as many people I’d feel comfortable putting my name behind.

Sydney is one of them.

Start the business.
Change careers.
Get sober.
Get in shape.
Chase the thing you’ve been putting off.
