Solar on residential homes is great and very popular out West here too.
BUT you can easily get cheated. My recommendation is if you can, buy the system, don't lease it. And buy from a reputable company. No Chinese made inverters, and read the contract carefully.

Just finished attending an amazing conference with people who help families save money for their future, life, and health, something I do when not doing real estate. Pics are from the Freedom Equity Group conference in Las Vegas at the Convention of Champions, Dawn of a New Era, at the Palms Hotel and Casino 21-22 June.
Conventioneers filled the Pearl Theater and overflow was seated in the Grand Ballroom. People from all walks of life and all ethic and racial groups made for a fascinating crowd.
