We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to assist existing and prospective agents within our Agency. This position will work with multiple agents throughout the day providing coaching, training, and sales presentations.

-Ability to learn, adapt, and adjust on the go
-Works well with others and individually
-Possesses a strong work ethic and drive to succeed
-Able to multi-task effectively
Job Expectations:
-Coaching and training newer prospective agents on the team to success with our team
-Presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages over Zoom video calls
-Completing applications for insurance products
-Distributes all benefit enrollment materials and determines eligibility
-Completing tasks that an underwriter requires to get the client approved for the coverage
-Attending/hosting ongoing, optional training sessions to improve throughout your career and help your team improve as well
