Owning real property cannot be undervalued! You can add what you want to your little piece of heaven. What do you want room for in a new home?

Recently, the Fed hiked the Fed Funds Rate by 0.75%. This was the third rate hike of the year and the Fed also projects hiking another 1.75% over the four meetings that remain this year.

You may be wondering how this affects mortgage rates?

Mortgage rates are primarily driven by inflation, which is at a 41-year high. When the Fed hikes the Fed Funds Rate, they are trying to slow the economy and curb inflation. If the Fed is successful in cooling inflation, mortgage rates should decline. History proves this during rate hike cycles for the past 50 years.

Reach out to me today to discuss your options. I’m here to help you navigate these uncertain times and find you the best opportunities for a purchase or refinance.

Effective July 1, 2022, paid medical collections will no longer reflect in consumer credit reports. Once a medical collection has been paid off, it should drop from the report with the next reporting period when the collection agency or creditor update their data to the bureaus.

If you've had credit challenges, let's discuss how this change can help you purchase a home.

* For an explanation of the WHY behind this change and other useful information, watch here http://ow.ly/Vauk50JSmtA or check out the original announcements from the credit bureaus: http://ow.ly/UhUV50JSmtz; http://ow.ly/NCH450JSmtt, and http://ow.ly/UZbx50JSmtv.

View this informative webinar led by Rosa Mumm, VP Score Optimization at Xactus, about the change that is taking place on July 1 regarding how medical collections are reported on credit reports.
