In banking, there is Private Credit and Private Debt. The Federal Reserve System and its national/member banks offer private credit to consumers and businesses. This is considered commercial lending, for cars, houses, student loans, credit cards (examples are considered private debt) and even the fiat money we use. The "strawman" participates as a debtor, laborer and taxpayer. The practices are followed by the masses all over the world and are thought to be the only way commerce is done. This is PUBLIC policy by default.

Public Credit and Public Debt are funds borrowed from the federal, state and local governments. The investors are foreigners and Americans. Oftentimes, because the federal government borrows at Zero Discount (at par), that means with no interest return for the investor, the investor pays No Federal, No State and No Local Taxes. United States Notes when they were in circulation (1862-1971), offered this mutual benefit. Such benefits (remedies) are currently available through PRIVATE procedures. The living being is the true and original creditor for the banks and government. Remember that.

In our monthly on location meetings, we discuss the Two America's, one founded on Common Law, the law of the land (and the Constitution) and the other created from Maritime Law, the law of the seas (and Commercial Law, i.e. Universal Commercial Codes).

Common Law deals with the unalienable rights of the living, natural, breathing wo/man and Maritime Law deals with the granted rights of the artificial being, the corporation, Trust, foundation also known as a creature of law (En Legis).

It is not a conspiracy theory regarding we (the people) having two identities, the natural, live person and the artificial person. The Birth Certificates represent the same. There is the Certificate of Birth, representing the living person (note lower and upper case letters for name) being born and the Birth Certificate, representing the artificial person (note capital letters for name) being birthed (pulling into dock) or created.

Movies like the Matrix, Wizard of Oz, Enemy of the State and games like Monopoly and books like the 13 Bankers, Creatures from Jekkyl Island and even the Bible gives clues to what's happening all over the world.

ARE YOU A SLAVE OR FREE?

America did not set out to be the greatest country in the world, it set out to simply be free from oppression and the tyranny of England. We have been choked by economic bo***ge since 1913, 1933 and 1971 and it is getting worse for those not in the know. A commercial system (defacto) have overrode the natural system (dejure) of things.

"Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bo***ge." -Galations 5:1 NASB

Did you know that being a lender is a state of being, not a circumstance? Being a creditor is your birthright, it is not a situation.

We have been raised, conditioned to be the slave, the borrower, the debtor, the Ens Legis (creature of law) since birth. It is the exact opposite of who we really are, the Etre Viviant (living being), the free inhabitant, lender and creditor for the entire commercial system around the world.

You must be re-conditioned and trained to operate in your authorized and inherit position, as God created. You are out of order.

"You shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow." - Deuteronomy 28:12

"And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God." - Romans 12:2

"You shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free." -John 8:32

IF RICHES ARE MEASURED IN THE AMOUNT OF MONEY GENERATED, THEN WEALTH IS MEASURED IN TIME. The questions are...how long could the passive income or lump sums last without working actively for it? Or if having access to certain assets or liquidating fixed assets, how long could the access last or the value of the assets provide beneficial use in the future? Would the future only encompass your lifetime? Or would it extend to several generations to come?

What is not discussed or considered oftentimes is how wealth is diminished by exorbitant fees, fines, debt and taxes which can easily consume upwards of 90% of all income earned. Let's look at D.I.R.T., it is what Robert Kiyosaki (author of Rich Dad, Poor Dad) describes as four forces which come against our income and assets prohibiting wealth creation and succession. D.I.R.T. stands for Debt, Inflation, Retirement Instruments and Taxes.

Debt - to include home, car, credit cards, medical bills, etc., can easily consume 35% of income regardless of the source.

Inflation - over the last 12 years from 2011 to 2023, inflation grew 35.5% over that time or roughly 3% per year.

Retirement Instruments - it is reported from various sources that fees inside mutual funds can run from 1% to 5% depending.

Taxes - there are direct and indirect taxes, over 30 can be listed over and above federal, state and local taxes which can equate to 10% to 40% of one's income

And when adding on fines and fees, that can add another 5% to 10% coming against the income alone. So where is the wealth if all discretionary money is allocated and all sports events, fine dining, designer clothing, luxuries, travel, vacations, houses and cars, etc. are all financed? Thus, requiring future labor to pay for them. In other words, the reverse is occurring where instead of time freedom being created from the active and passive income and assets acquired, more future labor is required to finance the "good life". This means that the generations to follow will have to start from scratch or even pay fines, fees, debt and taxes from the previous generation. Is that what you want?

It is important to know what is really going on with the economy, who is pulling the strings and what you and your family can do to reverse debt, taxes, fines and fees and build and transfer wealth instead. Your future and future generations are depending on your actions today.

Learning about Trust and Trustee services will help to have a wholistic perspective on what is going on. It is important to learn about the two systems at work, the two jurisdictions to operate from and how to preserve income, secure more assets and transfer true wealth for generations to come. Wealth is our birthright. "All needs are met according to His riches in glory" ref. Philippians 4:19. Don't you agree?

Trust Clients have a unique advantage over others in that as Trustees, they learn how to remove tax liabilities legally on all filings, even previous years.

Pictured is a Trust Client who got back $3,006.60 from 2021 filing, $2,289.41 from 2020 filing and $1,197 from 2022 filing. Client is single with no dependents, no deductions and got back 100% of taxes withheld on the federal side (plus interest in one instance). All three years was filed together in January 2024 and from March and April 2024, have received.
