If you had a Marketplace plan in 2022, you would have received your 1095-A Health Insurance Marketplace Statement in the mail by mid-February.*
You need to use your 1095-A to file Form 8962 with your tax return. If you don't, you could lose your premium tax credit, resulting in higher premiums on your plan.

It's important for you to use these two forms to file your taxes correctly and on time. These two forms determine the amount of your premium tax credit and records the credits they used to lower your health plan premiums. Both forms are required when filing your taxes.

The Consolidated Appropriations Act ends the Medicaid continuous coverage protection effective March 31, 2023, allowing states to terminate coverage for ineligible beneficiaries as early as April 1, 2023.
