Russell Roth is the managing member of WWPI and has extensive financial knowledge gained from several business experiences including CFO for Fortune 500 companies, The Cessna Aircraft Company and Sotheby’s Holdings, Inc. Russ has been in the finance industry for over 35 years and has held several stock broker licenses plus a gaming license in Nevada, and many other major gaming jurisdictions. One of the most important reasons our refurbished homes sell in the Las Vegas area is due to the very talented Jon Lapolla. Jon oversees all the rehab work on our houses and makes sure each house is brought up to the high standards that we all want in our very own home. He uses licensed and bonded craftsmen and carefully selects all appliances and materials himself for each house. Our houses go back on the market only after each one meets his meticulous standards. This is a very important component of our process, as the houses we acquire are generally in poor shape.
