This is one of the best parts of doing what I do.

Homeownership is so much more than just avoiding paying rent. My buddy shared this post today. This has been a big goal for him and his family.

Every scenario is different, and everyone's needs are different. For some, it's easier than others. Jared's was not easier, but he still buckled down and did what he needed to do for his family.

I'm proud of this guy doing something that could have stopped with just 1 excuse.

I'm proud of this closing. A condo with an FHA loan is not the easiest thing to do, even with 30 days to do it. I'm thankful I got this opportunity to help one of our boys in blue get into his first home.
