Jacques Desrochers (JD) exceeded our expectations at every stage of our home buying process. He was very kind on our initial phone call to explain the process, ask the right questions to understand our circumstances, and let us know how interest rates were trending. I learned so much during the initial call that I felt I had the abridged "Cliff Notes" on the process. I certainly had a marked decrease in anxiety.

JD was so responsive, no matter what day and often late hours, that I was certain he never sleeps. "Days off" and "vacation" don't seem to be in his vocabulary. For the investment JD put into our process, I am quite sure he is underpaid - just knowing how much effort he had to put into our mortgage. My husband and I definitely felt well taken care of.

JD has our highest recommendation on anyone looking for a lender. Cherry Creek and JD are a great team to work with and we will definitely be using the team again if we need a lender on future real estate transactions.
