My grandfather, Gary Brower, who served in the Army Air Forces (before it became the US Air Force in 1947). He fought for and loved this country and lived a long life, surrounded by family during his final days.

We thought the VA would provide the funds for his burial but were shocked when we were told to only submit a reimbursement of $300 out of his nearly $14,000 funeral.
