How do you choose the right lender❓🏠
With so many people buying a home here in Las Vegas and other growing cities. It's crucial to have the right team behind you! Below are 3 ways to ensure you are working with a Mortgage Professional!

1. Experience! ⏱- Ask how long your Mortgage Lender has been doing mortgage loans for (You want someone who has a minimum 1 + years experience in the industry and has closed multiple different loan types I.e FHA, Conventional, VA)
2. Options! 🔢 - As a Mortgage Professional you must analyze your clients financial situation and provide the best mortgage products tailored to their situation. (This usually entails providing more then one option to clients!)
3. Communication 🗣📞- This is personally one of the biggest complaints I see in our industry amongst clients and Realtors. You want someone who can get a hold of easily and also provides updates to ALL parties involved in your home buying process.

Bonus 🙌: (Find someone who can communicate mortgage products and terms in a simple manner. There is a variety of mortgage jargon that tends to confuse people especially, who have never bought a home before)

If you your mortgage lender isn't providing this type of service then consider talking to someone else. Find someone who is an expert and makes you feel good as well! 😃
