The best word to describe Melanie is "ROCKSTAR". She funded and closed our loan within 15 days. We where so nervous going through the process during a Pandemic. Everyday I would wait for that dreaded phone call or message to come in that we could not buy our house. But that day never came, instead it was a stress free process from being to end. I can't recommend her enough as your Loan Broker and I will definitely be giving her number to anyone that asks.

Melanie was fabulous! She was very knowledgeable and her customer service was top notch! Anytime we had a question, which was many, she was always available and walked us through everything so we fully understood. She was so friendly and we really enjoyed working with her. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a mortgage.
