Waiting for the “perfect” time to buy can feel like the safe choice.
But waiting has a cost too.
A $500,000 home appreciating just 3% would be $515,000 a year later. And if you're paying $2,500/month in rent while you wait, that's another $30,000 paid in rent over that year.
That doesn't mean everyone should buy a house today.
But if you're financially ready, the payment is comfortable and buying makes sense for your life, don't spend forever waiting for the perfect market.
